This quaint room was named for our beloved Friday George, McCloud’s first lumber pioneer. The small room has a cozy yet rustic feeling with an embossed tin ceiling, an Edison style droplight, a room divider with an original McCloud window antique stain glass panel, V-board stained blue, accents of red, and dark wood furniture. The headboard of the queen size bed nicely replicates the embossed tin ceiling, and is situated near the window where you may enjoy the spectacular view of our majestic Mount Shasta.

The bathroom has a charming pedestal sink with an original McCloud table and water basin bowl, and a miniature claw foot tub with a shower hookup. This room has the option of an access door to the spacious Shasta Wintu Suite, making it the perfect answer for friends or families traveling together who want to share a common area, but who still appreciate having their own rooms for privacy.

This room comfortably accommodates up to two people and is quite unique.
